First and foremost your club must be within the SWAMBC area which is in the south west of England within a "flexible line" from the North of Bristol to Southampton.

3rd Party Public Liability Insurance

SWAMBC strongly recommends that every responsible model boat club should have this insurance cover to sail on the many council owned waters. Ponderings Newsletter

Each member club receives 5 copies of the quarterly SWAMBC Newsletter for free, to keep them in touch with all club news and events that are taking place across the South West. The Newsletters are sent to the SWAMBC Club Rep.

UKRCC

SWAMBC is a paid up member of the United Kingdom Radio Control Council, which is the governing body that represents all R/C users and has access to OFCOM (Office of Communications) who control radio frequencies in this country. SWAMBC regularly attend meeting to discuss these issues (reports can be found on this website - click here)
