The 2008 series has now finished for this year.
The SWAMBC Scale Steering Championship is designed to test the modeller’s skill at piloting his or her radio-controlled model boat through an obstacle course. This is not a competition to find the best built scale model boat in the south west!
There are 4 classes; Large, Medium, Small and Pilot Class. Except for the Pilot class, all the classes are based purely upon the model boats overall size (its length multiplied by width).
You must be a member of a SWAMBC affiliated Club to enter this series. To find your local Model Boat Club click here.
The championship is decided over many rounds hosted by clubs throughout the south west district.
